Chronic Condition Support

Living with a chronic condition

Did you know that more than 6 in 10 Americans have at least one chronic condition — and 4 in 10 are juggling two or more? If you’re one of them, you probably know how overwhelming it can feel. Whether your condition is treatable, progressive, fully debilitating, or just something that distracts you from time to time, it doesn’t have to define you — and it certainly doesn’t have to control your life.

There’s a lot of help out there when it comes to managing treatments and physical therapies. But knowing how to live with a chronic condition? That’s a different story. So many people feel like they’re just surviving — going through the motions — without ever being shown how to truly live alongside their challenges.

I get it because I’ve been there. I spent nearly a decade mostly bed-bound with my own debilitating condition. It taught me, in the hardest way, how precious each moment is — and how important it is to find joy and meaning even when your body isn’t cooperating. That experience gave me not only deep empathy but also a passion for helping others navigate their own journeys. You can live a full, beautiful life — even with the limitations and frustrations that come with a chronic condition.

Caregivers and loved ones

It’s not just about the person facing the diagnosis. Caregivers and loved ones are on this journey too — often feeling lost, exhausted, and heartbroken as they try to figure out how to help.

I work with both individuals and families, creating a safe and supportive space where everyone feels heard and supported.

You don’t have to figure this out alone. Together, we’ll uncover ways to bring more ease, joy, and connection into your life — not in spite of your condition, but alongside it.
